# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Quick and efficient - ready in just 25 minutes from start to finish
  • Light yet satisfying - perfect for those focusing on healthier eating
  • Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free without sacrificing flavor

02 -
  • For the freshest flavor, use just-caught tilapia or high-quality frozen fillets that have been properly thawed
  • When zesting the lemon, be careful to only take the yellow outer layer, as the white pith underneath is bitter
  • Look for asparagus spears of medium thickness - too thin and they'll overcook quickly, too thick and they may be woody
  • The same marinade works beautifully on other white fish varieties if tilapia isn't available
  • Use a fish spatula for easy transfer from baking sheet to plate without breaking the fillets
