05 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1 1/2 cups chilled sparkling water

# How to Make:
01 - Place strawberries and basil in a sturdy glass or shaker and gently muddle until the berries release their juices and the basil is aromatic.
02 - Add the simple syrup or agave and the lemon juice to the muddled mixture and stir or shake briefly to combine and dissolve the sweetener.
03 - Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes to chill and slightly delay dilution when adding the mixture.
04 - Evenly distribute the strawberry–basil mixture between the two ice-filled glasses.
05 - Pour chilled sparkling water over each portion, then stir gently to integrate without flattening the carbonation.
06 - Finish with lemon wedges and extra basil leaves if desired and serve immediately for best flavor and fizz.
