# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Packs

01 - 1 cup frozen strawberries
02 - 1 cup frozen blueberries
03 - 1 cup frozen mango chunks
04 - 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
05 - 2 medium bananas, sliced
06 - 1/2 cup baby spinach (optional)

→ Yogurt Base

07 - 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
08 - 1/2 cup milk, dairy or plant-based
09 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

→ Toppings (optional)

11 - 1/4 cup granola
12 - 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
13 - 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
14 - Fresh fruit slices

# How to Make:

01 - Divide frozen strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, banana slices, and spinach (if using) equally into 4 freezer-safe bags or containers. Seal each and freeze until ready to blend.
02 - Empty contents of one fruit pack into a blender. Add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons milk, and honey or maple syrup as desired. Blend until smooth, adding extra milk if needed to achieve preferred consistency.
03 - Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with granola, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and fresh fruit slices as preferred.
04 - Repeat blending and assembling steps for the remaining fruit packs to serve additional portions.
